Contrast. There is a lot of it here. We have been browsing the entries to the Best Damn Poker show with Phil Hellmuth and Annie Duke on youtube. Here are the best and worst entries out of hundreds we reviewed. The contrast is shocking. Life just isn’t fair sometimes, when you have minnows and sharks swimming in the same pool.

The Worst: Wow, I hope this is a joke entry. But I don’t think it is.

The Best: Well, something tells me things have always come easy to this girl and she expects the same.

Howard Shaffer of Harvard Medical School discusses whether more availability of gambling in the United States will increase the rate of pathological gamblers.

Here are some key points to his video

- vast majority of US, according to surveys, wants to be able to gamble online
- they did a study on tracking online gamblers behavior which is easier than land based because the computer tracks everything
- overwhelming majority of online gamblers do it in a very moderate and mild way
- scientific evidence does not support an increase in gambling availability to cause an increase in gamblers or gambling.
