		<description>It is deplorable that they allow for an exemption for state run lotteries and horse racing wagering online. Thats just a smack in the face to us poker players. It seems that they only need to &quot;protect&quot; us from the horrors of online gambling when they are not financially involved in any of the transactions. Amazing that this legislation passed in the first place. The way this legislation was added to a Homeland Security measure meant is was guaranteed passage. Again, unreal. Time for some real change.</description>
