The 2008 WSOP Bracelet
Last year we posted pictures of several of the past wsop bracelets from 2005-2007. Well, it is a new year and since the WSOP is going on right now I am sure a lot of people would like to know what these players are playing for.
The WSOP bracelet is one of the most coveted prizes that any poker player can win. Worth more than money to some, the bracelet is a symbol of a truly good poker player (other than Jamie Gold that is
).
Though cash is the main thing a lot of players go to the WSOP for, more accomplished players go with the intention of picking up a bracelet. A bracelet can get players big endorsement deals, and it is definitely good for bragging.
So, what does the 2008 WSOP bracelet look like? Once again the 2008 WSOP bracelet has been designed by SWISS watchmaker Corum. The bracelets for all events are gold, except for the main event which is made of white gold. We have some pictures:
